【摘要】:ThispartofIEC60300givesguidanceonspecifyingtherequireddependabilitycharacteristicsinspecifications,togetherwithspecificationsofproceduresandcriteriaforverificationandvaIidation．Theguidanceprovidedincludesthefollowing：一adviceonspecifyingquantitativeandqualitativereliability,maintainability,availabilityandmaintenancesupportrequirements；——advicetopurchasersofasystemonhowtoensurethatthespecifiedrequirementswillbefulfilledbysuppliers；一advicetosupplierstohelpthemtomeetpurchaserrequirements．Otherdocuments,suchaslegislationandgovernmentalregulationmayalsoplacerequirementsonsystemsandtheseshouldbeappliedinadditiontoanyspecificationsderivedinaccordancewiththisstandard．NOTE1Whilstmainlyaddressingsystemandequipmentlevelreliability．manyofthetechniquesdescribedinthedifferentpartsofIEC60300mayalsobeappliedtoproducts,itemsoratthecomponentlevel．Thetermsystemisusedthroughoutthisstandard．NOTE2Thisstandarddoesnotgiveguidanceonthemanagementofdependabilityprogrammesoronthevariousactivitiesnecessarytofulfilstatedavailability,reliability,maintainabilityandmaintenancesupportrequirements．Forthisgeneralguidance,seeotherstandards．NOTE3Safetyandenvironmentspecificationsarenotdirectlyconsideredinthisguide．However,muchoftheguidanceinthisstandardcouldalsobeappliedtosafetyorenvironmentalspecificationNOTE4Specificationsforthedependabilityofaservicearenotconsideredinthisguide．ThisincludestheprovisionofaservicesuchasthoseprovidedthroughPublic—PrivatePartnershiPprocurements．
