【摘要】:TheNVRdeterminedbythistestmethodisthatamountthatcanreasonablybeexpectedtoexistonhardwareexposedinenvironmentallycontrolledareas.TheevaporationofthesolventatornearroomtemperatureistoquantifytheNVRthatexistsatroomtemperature.NumerousothermethodsarebeingusedtodetermineNVR.Thistestmethodisnotintendedtoreplacemethodsusedforotherapplications.1.1Thistestmethodcoversthedeterminationofnonvolatileresidue(NVR)falloutinenvironmentallycontrolledareasusedfortheassembly,testing,andprocessingofspacecraft.1.2TheNVRofinterestisthatwhichisdepositedonsamplingplatesurfacesatroomtemperature:itislefttotheusertoinfertherelationshipbetweentheNVRfoundonthesamplingplatesurfaceandthatfoundonanyothersurfaces.1.3Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.1.4ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasstandard.Nootherunitsofmeasurementareincludedinthisstandard.
