【摘要】:Thesetestmethodscoverthedeterminationoftheelectricalconductivityofaviationanddistillatefuelswithandwithoutastaticdissipatoradditive.Thetestmethodsnormallygiveameasurementoftheconductivitywhenthefuelisuncharged,thatis,electricallyatrest(knownastherestconductivity).Twotestmethodsareavailableforfieldtestsoffuelconductivity.Theseare:(1)portablemetersforthedirectmeasurementintanksorthefieldorlaboratorymeasurementoffuelsamples,and(2)in-linemetersforthecontinuousmeasurementoffuelconductivitiesinafueldistributionsystem.Inusingportablemeters,caremustbetakeninallowingtherelaxationofresidualelectricalchargesbeforemeasurementandinpreventingfuelcontamination.ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasstandard.Nootherunitsofmeasurementareincludedinthisstandard.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.Forspecificprecautionarystatements,see7.1,7.1.1,and11.2.1.
