【摘要】:ThispartofIEC60519dealswithsafetyrequirementsforelectricalresistancetraceheatingsystemsinindustrialandcommercialapplications.Thisstandardpertainstotraceheatingsystemsthatmaycompriseeitherfactoryfabricatedorfield(work-site)assembledunits,andwhichmaybeseriesheatercables,parallelheatercables,heaterpadsorheaterpanelsthathavebeenassembledand/orterminatedinaccordancewithmanufacturer'sinstructionsforconnectiontovoltagesuppliesuptoandincluding450V/750V.NOTEThisislessthan'thevoltagerangeofIEC60519-1.Highervoltagesareunderconsideration.Typicalapplicationsincludebutarenotlimitedto?thefreezeprotectionofpipes,tanksandvessels,includingfirewatersystems;?maintainingrequiredtemperaturesofequipment,includingpipes,tanksandvessels;?earththermalstorage;?hotwatertemperaturemaintenance;?snowmeltingofsurfaces;?de-icingofroofsandgutters.Theseapplicationsdonotincludeorprovideforanyapplicationsinpotentiallyexplosiveatmospheres.Thisstandarddoesnotcoverinduction,impedanceorskineffectheating.NOTESpecificrequirementsandtestcriteriaforelectricalresistancetraceheatingsystemsanddesign,installation,andmaintenancerequirementsforthesesystemswillbedetailedinseparatedocumentsthatareunderconsideration(seeIntroduction).
