【摘要】:1.1ThisguideestablishesthebasiccommunicationsrequirementsforUnmannedUnderseaVehicles(UUVs).Initsfirstinstantiation,thisguideservesasonlyaguideline,andnotadefinitivedirectiveonacceptableUUVcommunicationstandards.Infact,thisinitialversionismoreaccuratelyconsideredacompendiumthataddressesmyriadcommunicationmodalities,wheretheselectionoflistedstandardsisdeterminedaftercommunicationrequirementsaretailoredtospecificUUVapplicationsandpayloads.1.2Thisguideisintendedtoinfluencethedesignanddevelopmentprocessfortheacquisitionandintegrationofvehicles,payloads,andcommunicationsystemcomponents,whileatthesametimetoavoidspecifyingparticularsolutionsorproducts.Initsinitialrelease,anadditionalintentofthisguideistoaddressthecommunicationstandardsrequiredforoperationoftheU.S.Navy''splanned21-in.MissionReconfigurableUUVSystem(MRUUVS)whichisrepresentativeofitsheavyweightclassofUUVs.Guidanceprovidedbythenewlymandatedandcontinuallyevolving,DoDITStandardsRegistry(DISR)intherealmofexistingmilitarycommunicationstandardsisalsoprovidedasareference.AlthoughthereisacertainemphasisonU.S.NavyUUVmissions,thereisbroadutilityacrossthespectrumofcommercialapplicationsaswell.1.3ThebreadthofstandardsaddressedwithinthisguideencompasseswidelyrecognizedNetworkstandardsandRFcommunicationsstandards,includinglineofsight(LOS)andbeyondlineofsight(BLOS).Discussionofopticallaserandunderwateracousticcommunicationsstandardsthatareindevelopmentisalsoincluded.Besidesidentifyingexistingcommunicationinfrastructure,waveforms,andstandards,thisguidealsobrieflyaddressesrelatedissues,securityconsiderations,andtechnologyforecaststhatwillimpactfleetcommunicationsystemsinthenearfuture(5to10years).1.4Foreaseinreadingandutility,specificrecommendationsofexistingstandardsarecapturedintablessegregatedbycommunicationdomain.Insomecaseswherestandardsarestillunderdevelopmentordonotyetexist,detailshavebeenreservedforfuturerevisionstothisguide.Similarly,invarioussections,elaborationofcertaintopicshaseitherbeendeterminedtobebeyondthescopeofthisguideormoreappropriateforforthcomingrevisions.1.5ReadersofthisguidewillalsofindutilityinreferencingtherelatedCommitteeF41GuidesonUUVSensorDataFormats,UUVPayloadInterfaces,andUUVAutonomyandControl.Thereisaclearrelationshipthatexistsintermsofcommunicationsystems,externalinterfaces,dataformats,andinformation/dataexchangewhichcanbeappliedincontextwiththestandardsinvokedinthosedocuments.1.6ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Thevaluesgiveninparenthesesareforinformationonly.1.7Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.1.8TableofContents:SectionScope1ReferencedDocuments2Terminology3SignificanceandUse4Interoperability4.1U.S.NavyUUVMasterPlan4.2FORCEnetandDISRCompliance4.3GlobalInformationGrid(GIG)andFORCEnet4.3.1DISR4.3.2UnderseaFORCEnetProcessImplementationWorkingGroup4.3.3Security4.4SecurityConsiderations4.4.1Data4.5
