【摘要】:ThisclauseofPart1isreplacedbythefollowing.ThisInternationalStandarddealswiththesafetyofelectricalportable,motor-operatedsprayextractionappliancesandelectricalattachmentsintendedforindustrialandcommercialuse,theirratedvoltagebeingnotmorethan250Vforsingle-phaseappliancesand480Vforotherappliances.Theseappliancesemploywater-basedcleaningagentsandareusedforcleaningfabrics,upholstery,carpets,floorcoveringsorhardsurfacesNOTE101Commercialusesareforexampleforuseinhotels,schools,hospitals,factories,shopsandofficesforotherthannormalhousekeepingpurposes,andintherentalbusiness.Machineswithorwithoutelectricalheatingelementsandwithorwithoutattachmentsarewithinthescopeofthisstandard.Thisstandardcoversappliancesinwhichthepressureofthecleaningagentispositiveandnotmorethan2,5MPa,orinwhichtheproductofthepressure(inMPa)andtheflowofcleaningagent(inlitresperminute)doesnotexceed100,andinwhichthetemperatureofthecleaningagentatthespraynozzleoutletdoesnotexceed85℃.Thisstandardalsoappliestomachineshandlinghazardousdustsuchasasbestosorliquidsforwhichadditionalnationalrequirementsmightapply.Itisalsoapplicabletoappliancesmakinguseofotherformsofenergyforthemotor;butitisnecessarythattheirinfluenceistakenintoconsideration.NOTE102Attentionisdrawntothefactthat-forappliancesintendedtobeusedinvehiclesoronboardshipsoraircraft,additionalrequirementsmaybenecessary;-inmanycountriesadditionalrequirementsarespecifiedbythenationalhealthauthorities,thenationalauthoritiesresponsiblefortheprotectionoflabour,thenationalwatersupplyauthoritiesandsimilarauthorities.NOTE103Thisstandarddoesnotapplyto-appliancesexclusivelydesignedtohandlehazardoussolvents,suchasflammableorexplosiveliquids;-appliancessolelydesignedforhouseholduse;-appliancesintendedtobeusedinlocationswherespecialconditionsprevail,suchasthepresenceofacorrosiveorexplosiveatmosphere(vapourorgas);-audio,videoandsimilarelectronicapparatus(IEC60065);-appliancesformedicalpurposes(IEC60601);-hand-heldmotor-operatedelectrictools(IEC60745);-personalcomputersandsimilarequipment(IEC60950);-transportablemotor-operatedelectrictools(IEC61029).
