【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiesthetechnicalrequirementstominimisethehazardslistedinclause4whichcanariseduringthecommissioning,operationandmaintenanceofpotablewaterserviceequipmentwhencarriedoutinaccordancewiththespecificationsgivenbythemanufacturerorhisauthorisedrepresentative.Italsotakesintoaccountsomerequirementsrecognisedasessentialbyauthorities,aircraftandgroundsupportequipment(GSE)manufacturersaswellasairlinesandhandlingagencies.Thisstandardappliesto:--self-propelledpotablewatervehicles;--towablepotablewatervehicles;--moveablepartsoframpintegratedsystems,designedforservicingaircraftandintendedtobeusedundertheconditionsgiveninclause1ofEN1915-1:2001(ExamplesseeannexA).Thisstandarddoesnotestablishrequirementsforhazardscausedbynoiseandvibration.ThisPartofEN12312isnotapplicabletopotablewaterserviceequipmentwhichismanufacturedbeforethedateofpublicationofthisstandardbyCEN.ThispartofEN12312isintendedtobeusedinconjunctionwithEN1915-1,EN1915-2,EN1915-3(forvehicles)andEN1915-4.

【摘要】:Thisdocumentdealswithallcommonsignificanthazards,hazardoussituationsandeventsofthefollowingforestrymachinery:fellers,bunchers,delimbers,forwarders,logloaders,skidders,processorsandharvestersasdefinedinISO6814andalsomulti-functionversionsofthesemachines,whentheyareusedasintendedandundertheconditionsforeseenbythemanufacturer,seeClause4.Themachineslistedcanbeofthemobile,ride-onorself-propelledtypeoracombinationofthesetypes.Thefollowingsignificanthazardsareexcluded:-thrownobjects,thatmayoccuronaparticularmachine,-noise,-vibration.NOTENoiseclausesincludinganoisetestcodewillbedevelopedasanamendmenttothisdocument.Theuseofthisdocumentwillthereforenotalonebesufficienttocoverallsignificantrisksforamajorityofmachinescoveredbythisdocument.ThelistofsignificanthazardsdealtwithinthisdocumentisgiveninnormativeAnnexA.ThisAnnexisthelistofsignificanthazardsthathavebeenidentifiedascommontothecoveredmobile,ride-onandself-propelledforestrymachines.Itisnotapplicabletoenvironmentalhazards.Thisdocumentisnotapplicabletomachines,whicharemanufacturedbeforethedateofpublicationofthisdocumentbyCEN.
