【摘要】:1.1Thisguideestablishesproceduresforevaluatingliningsystemtestspecimensundersimulatedoperatingconditions.1.2Liningsystemstobetestedinaccordancewiththisguideareintendedforuseinbothnewconstructionandforrefurbishingexistingsystemsorcomponents.1.3Theliningsystemsevaluatedinaccordancewiththisguideareexpectedtobeappliedtometalsubstratescomprisingwater-wetted(thatis,continuousorintermittentimmersion)surfacesinsystemsthatmayinclude:1.3.1Servicewaterpipingupstreamofsafety-relatedcomponents,1.3.2Servicewaterpumpinternals(drafttube,volutes,anddiffusers),1.3.3Servicewaterheatexchangerchannels,passpartitions,tubesheets,endbells,andcovers,1.3.4Servicewaterstrainers,and1.3.5Refuelingwaterstoragetanksandrefuelcavitywaterstoragetanks.1.4Thisguideanticipatesthattheliningsystemstobetestedincludeliquid-gradeandpaste-gradepolymericmaterials.Sheettypeliningmaterials,suchasrubber,areexcludedfromthescopeofthisguide.1.5Becauseofthespecializednatureofthesetestsandthedesireinmanycasestosimulatetosomedegreetheexpectedserviceenvironment,thecreationofastandardpracticeisnotpractical.Thisstandardgivesguidanceinsettinguptestsandspecifiestestproceduresandreportingrequirementsthatcanbefollowedevenwithdifferingmaterials,specimenpreparationmethods,andtestfacilities.1.6Thevaluesstatedininch-poundunitsaretoberegardedasstandard.ThevaluesgiveninparenthesesaremathematicalconversionstoSIunitsthatareprovidedforinformationonlyandarenotconsideredstandard.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesandtodeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
