【摘要】:ThispartofIEC60317specifiestherequirementsofenamelledroundcopperwindingwireofclass155withasolecoatingbasedonpolyesterresin,whichmaybemodifiedprovideditretainsthechemicalidentityoftheoriginalresinandmeetsallspecifiedwirerequirements.NOTEAmodifiedresinisaresinthathasundergoneachemicalchange,orcontainsoneormoreadditivestoenhancecertainperformanceorapplicationcharacteristics.Class155isathermalclassthatrequiresaminimumtemperatureindexof155andaheatshocktemperatureofatleast175°C.ThetemperatureindegreesCelsiuscorrespondingtothetemperatureindexisnotnecessarilythatatwhichitisrecommendedthatthewirebeoperatedandthiswilldependonmanyfactors,includingthetypeofequipmentinvolved.Therangeofnominalconductordiameterscoveredbythisstandardisasfollows:–grade1:0,020mmuptoandincluding3,150mm;–grade2:0,020mmuptoandincluding5,000mm.ThenominalconductordiametersarespecifiedinClause4ofIEC60317-0-1.
