【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiesergonomicrecommendationsforthedesignofmachineryinvolvingmanualhandlingofmachineryandcomponentpartsofmachinery,includingtoolslinkedtothemachine,inprofessionalanddomesticapplications.ThisEuropeanStandardappliestothemanualhandlingofmachinery,componentpartsofmachineryandobjectsprocessedbythemachine(input/output)of3kgormore,forcarryinglessthan2m.Objectsoflessthan3kgaredealtwithinprEN1005-51).Thestandardprovidesdataforergonomicdesignandriskassessmentconcerninglifting,loweringandcarryinginrelationtotheassembly/erection,transportandcommissioning(assembly,installation,adjustment),operation,faultfinding,maintenance,setting,teachingorprocesschangeoveranddecommissioning,disposalanddismantlingofmachinery.Thisstandardprovidescurrentdataonthegeneralpopulationandcertainsub-populations(clarifiedinannexA).Thispartofthestandarddoesnotcovertheholdingofobjects(withoutwalking),pushingorpullingofobjects,hand-heldmachines,orhandlingwhileseated.ThisdocumentisnotapplicabletospecifythemachinerywhicharemanufacturedbeforethedateofpublicationofthisdocumentbyCEN.
